Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Establish cross-disciplinary innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Develop patent strategies for emerging fields like neuromorphic computing
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible technological development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bioengineering, or AI Systems (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ breakthrough commercializations
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario modeling
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from lab to market
- Proficiency in patent law and IP strategy for emerging tech
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
