Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Certification in technology strategy or emerging technologies (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Future Tech)
