- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia

- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on commercial applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
