Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for market expansion
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to fund cutting-edge innovation projects
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CSM)
