- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruptions in 2026-2030 timeframe
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present tech visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-era challenges (e.g., climate tech adaptation, neural interfaces)
- Maintain thought leadership through published research and industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
