Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite on $50M+ innovation budget allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research labs
- Present future-tech frameworks to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Mentor 10-person futurist research team using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $1B+ valuation
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse, and biotech regulations
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum computing services
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC market expansion)
