Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology and Innovation Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) with high potential impact.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and executive teams on long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive research on competitive landscapes and future market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Oversee proof-of-concept initiatives and manage pilot programs for new technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in the enterprise sector.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
