Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and their competitive implications
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching at least one market-disrupting technology product
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
