Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation pipeline aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technical feasibility and commercial viability of future projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes affecting our 2026 strategy
- Document and communicate technology roadmaps to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience working with venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy journals
