Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, prioritizing R&D investments in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with academia and industry pioneers to co-develop next-generation solutions
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies requiring preemptive adoption strategies
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-era business challenges
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor senior engineers on emerging paradigms and future-proof system design principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in future-focused roles (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-level AI or quantum initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum algorithms, decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders on technology transformation
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future tech implications (2020-2025)
