Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to production
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (minimum 3 papers)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with cross-continental tech teams
