Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with 5+ year impact horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization targets
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for multi-year tech initiatives
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term tech commercialization
