Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable quantum systems or AGI alignment
- Proven track record deploying production-grade quantum algorithms at scale
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and emerging EU AI Act compliance
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with $50M+ commercial impact
- Fluency in Q#, PyTorch Quantum, and climate modeling frameworks
