Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in lab environments
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and emerging technology trend forecasting
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prot methodologies and experimental design thinking
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and matrix organization structures
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent experience
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation portfolios
