Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present compelling tech visions to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech innovation initiatives
