Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop predictive market analyses and competitive technology positioning
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market trend forecasting
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
