Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in our advanced R&D labs
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership papers on disruptive tech trends for industry conferences and publications
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in future technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent methodology training
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, TechCrunch)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
