Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation initiatives
- Strong background in technology ethics and governance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning for high-uncertainty futures
