Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and practical applications
