Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess their strategic implications for business operations and market positioning
- Develop and implement technology foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and maintain a global network of tech innovators, VCs, and research institutions to scout breakthrough opportunities
- Champion ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation practices across all business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven impact on market disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into business narratives
- Track record of launching successful products/services from concept to market leadership
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments with $500M+ revenue impact
