Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Mentor junior tech strategists and build an internal innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
