- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Design sustainable tech frameworks balancing innovation with environmental impact
- Create strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation, blockchain architecture, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Pro)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with regulatory tech frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, evolving AI Acts)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
