- Direct cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-safe blockchain protocols
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and anticipate regulatory impacts on 2026 tech landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with portfolio of commercialized innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from concept to global deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified quantum projects
