- Drive partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation labs
- Mentor a 15-person future-tech incubation team
- Develop KPIs measuring tech adoption impact on ESG goals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture, or carbon-neutral tech
- Experience scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation portfolio
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF)
