Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
