Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse) to identify competitive advantages for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture capitalists
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting future tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Strategy certification required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience building high-performing innovation teams and managing R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
