Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems specifically tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in emerging technologies, including AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive architectural improvements to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or system design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
