Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture of autonomous systems and neural network optimization.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency across all deployed technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or similar emerging technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go.
