Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for AI-driven applications and quantum algorithms.
- Technical Visionary Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and innovative solutions before they impact production.
- Client Innovation: Lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate future-tech capabilities to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- AI & Quantum Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and emerging Quantum Computing architectures.
- Technical Stack: Mastery of Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams through complex transitions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
