Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists in the design and deployment of complex systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced Neural Networks) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering strategies.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across all deployed applications.
- Establish best practices for rapid prototyping and agile development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to work with high-performance computing environments.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM integration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
