In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and scalable production systems. You will lead a team of elite engineers in developing neural interfaces and next-generation algorithms that will define the industry standard for the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, integrating Generative AI with Quantum computing protocols.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of distributed systems ensuring zero-latency AI inference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Scalability Strategy: Architect infrastructure capable of handling exabytes of data with real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing and deploying Large Language Models or similar generative architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
