Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems integrating quantum computing principles.
- Lead a high-performance team of researchers and software engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for Nexus Future Systems' core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, ensuring our infrastructure remains future-proof.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum hardware interfaces.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse, high-talent teams.
