Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 horizon, identifying key trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business objectives and long-term growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
