Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 vision, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced AI) to determine feasibility and integration potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the architecture of large-scale systems designed to withstand the demands of a hyper-connected future.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to accelerate delivery of next-gen features.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related cutting-edge field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable solutions in high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate a compelling vision to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
