Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Lead high-level research and development initiatives to prototype and validate future-state technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, scalable engineering solutions.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Guide the engineering team through the adoption of next-gen architectures and methodologies.
- Communicate complex future strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Strategic Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering products that scale.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts 3-5 years out.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring senior engineering teams.
