Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for long-term technology initiatives, identifying emerging trends in AI and Web3.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant backend architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of generative AI models to automate complex workflows and enhance user experience.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior developers and conducting technical reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and investors.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities before they impact production systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record of building microservices.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning pipelines, and neural network optimization.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and 5-year vision plans.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure Advanced Architect certifications are highly preferred.
