- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to define long-term product strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on scalable design patterns and future-proof coding standards.
- Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or strategic technical planning.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of defining multi-year technical roadmaps and translating them into actionable milestones.
