Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for engineering, code quality, and innovation management.
- Mentor and develop a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience in emerging technologies, specifically within the context of 2026 and future tech trends.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and define new paradigms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to stakeholders.
