Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Interfaces, Biotech integration).
- Lead the research and development of proof-of-concept prototypes for future market applications.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and partnerships to integrate seamless future-state solutions.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to 2026, such as Generative AI, Blockchain, or Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and strategic pivots.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and market shifts.
