Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on scalable AI and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate next-gen hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct R&D on emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) to validate feasibility.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Define and implement robust security protocols for future-proof systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
