Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute the long-term technology roadmap, aligning innovation goals with business objectives.
- Lead AI & Quantum Integration: Oversee the research and implementation of Generative AI and Quantum Computing prototypes into production environments.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to validate feasibility for internal adoption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Resource Management: Manage the innovation budget and allocate resources effectively for R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years in Software Engineering or Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Technical Vision: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and future tech stacks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and driving digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
