Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable AI and quantum-ready infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Generative Adversarial Networks.
- Technical Strategy: Translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications and engineering roadmaps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, edge computing, or neuromorphic engineering is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
