- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and product managers through agile development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop technical whitepapers and patent applications for novel methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor senior engineers in next-gen development practices and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in tech leadership with 5+ years in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on future tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M ARR
- Expertise in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing architectures, and neural interfaces
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
