Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision

- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR interfaces, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with actionable insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and adoption curves
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Roadmapping a plus
