Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to identify strategic opportunities and define the technical vision for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead experimental projects in advanced AI, Generative Models, and Quantum Algorithm optimization.
- Prototype Development: Lead the creation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for futuristic concepts, validating assumptions before full-scale production.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to anticipate regulatory changes and disruptive innovations impacting the 2026 timeline.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and executing complex technical strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for diverse stakeholders.
