Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-scale future-tech products
- Expertise in cross-functional team scaling (50+ member teams)
- Active patent holder with 10+ granted patents
