Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum/AI integration solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation sprints aligned with ESG and sustainability goals
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to production
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in agile/scrum methodologies for complex R&D
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) preferred
