Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate tech, healthcare AI, and quantum applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor a diverse team of 12+ specialists in emerging technologies
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish industry-shaping white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Successful management of $10M+ R&D budgets and P&L responsibility
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to market leadership
- Proficiency in futures methodology and technology forecasting models
