- Secure and manage innovation grants with federal/state agencies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in securing federal/state innovation grants
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals a plus
