- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate 2026-ready technologies into core products.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of long-term strategic thinking.
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions focused on future tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining strategic visions for the next 3-5 years.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026 (e.g., AGI, Quantum, AR/VR).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies.
